From: [redacted] Sent: Wednesday, April 01, 4:PMTo: [redacted] Subject: reply to 'complaint' - from ***/hawaii vacation rentals Aloha [redacted] : We were informed you were overseeing this 'complaint, id# [redacted] , last name of " [redacted] ", and wanted to get our reply back to you asap We are disputing the omission of the truths here, and what actually transpired: Person is not telling whole truthShe booked condo with us for Nights in April several weeks ago, and was informed of rates as well as noted couple of times to here that it was totallynon-refundable/was special rate, and to get travel InsuranceShe agree to booking and reservations were madeOn initial confirm, we made a mistake and charged for nights vs8, and had typo on base rate, but total rates were correct We informed her of mistake, apologized to her and sent her revised confirmfor total of nights, balance due of $ and corrected rate She failed to mention this, the truth on what happened here, and is eluding to the fact she was 'overcharged' on next email, which she was notShe also asked for refund/change departure date to night less, after advising was non-refundable, which she did not mentionIn good faith we tried to change the date on booking twice, but management would not make exception as was special, no-refundable rate, and client was advisedWe sincerely tried, as our practice is devoted to customer serviceThis is also omitted in her 'complaint.' There are no 'refunds' due to herWe did not 'change the contract' several times, only corrected the number of nights and typo on rate We already apologized for any inconvenience, and wish her a wonderful trip! aloha ***/Hawaii vacations ps: Please confirm receipt of this email and dissolution of above Thank you,
