I had my roof done around the time my mother died from cancer and it has been a not so satisfying experience. First of all, I was ended charged 6,000 instead of 4, 000. I was charged for using my credit cards. I had been told I need not my two gutters that I had over the upper and lower roof, and third, I was left with unpainted wood and their workers tampered with my windows that I had gotten from Window Worlds which they did a cheaper look in their trims. Next, it rain the next day to have it come through the vent in my bathroom. Third, the lack of gutters caused damaged around my new windows inside. Fourth, I had to call them back because the roof was leaking in my daughter's closet, Fifth, after telling one of the manager about the problem dues to lack of having my gutters not replaced, he promised to replaced them, but sent a man only six months laters with gutters not secure and not long enough, and did not replace gutters on the lower roof. Even my neighbor, a single dad, said, what in the world, I can see that gutters dont fit, and it still rain through in between. Yes, it rain in between the gutters as though they are not affixed proper besides being too short, and the lack of one on the bottom. Besides that, I wonder it the roof that was done was done correctly and how long it will last when I have several problems that had to continue to have been addressed. At this point, I have to deal with the consequence of the poor craftsman and service as a senior, a minority, and a woman who once believe that there enough people is this work to give fair treatment and service. After all, you represent the company, and you want customers who can uphold your service to others along their way. I have time, money, and good craftsmanship. A lesson learned, but I thought they would have served me much better since they have been in the business awhile. I welcome any roofer company to take a look at this work to give their review of what was done for me because I felt disappointed.
