This business is the most dishonest organization I have ever experiencedMy husband passed away an I had him interred in a cemetery in HawaiiThis organization agreed to supply me with a bronze metal vase for his nicheWhen I returned to Hawaii from the mainland to check on itInstead of a metal vase, they installed a plastic oneI then asked them to return my money so that I could get a metal oneThey first tried to say it was metal; then they said there were sorry they didn’t sell metal ones and agreed to refund my moneyAfter contacting them times over weeks I still don’t have my moneyDO NOT DO BUSINESS with them

On April 6, 2018, I visited our family grave site at Hawaiian Memorial Park in Kaneohe, which includes two grave markersMy husband's cousins visited the grave site earlier and informed us that one of the grave markers had been run over by a bulldozerWhen I visited the grave site, I noticed that the grave marker in question was bent and there were large muddy tire tracks above and below the grave marker, which indicates that someone carelessly ran over the grave marker with a heavy piece of equipment, e.ga bulldozerAt another grave site below ours, there were flowers in a rectangle, indicating a recent burialWe have filed previous complaints about our grave site regarding cracked vases, a vase being run over by equipment, mosquito and ant infestation and weeds instead of grassSome of these issues were resolved, while others were not While the company previously replaced the area below the two grave markers with grass, the area now looks like a construction site, with muddy
