I am rejecting this response because:  At the time of the incident I could not have known what a dark scar would be left on my upper lip.I have become very self conscious about this ,it seems really impossible to cover up.I have tried different make ups and nothing seems to work.I have since decided to seek the help of a professional and have contacted a dermatologist in the area .I would like to be compensated in this endeavor.I am not seeking monetary gain only to have my skin returned to the state it was in before I went to the salon .Im of course unsure of how this will be handled,so I will proceed with my plans and will wait for a response before I take further action.      Thank You .[redacted].

Review: I went into the salon to have my facial hair waxed but [redacted] the women whousually does it was not there.There was an employee by the name of [redacted] giving a pedicure,she offered to do the waxing instead of [redacted].At first I said no since I had never used [redacted] for any services before.I finally consented and we proceeded with the waxing.First of all [redacted] heated the wax way to hot and burned me but that problem was taken care of and she went ahead and started waxing.The waxing was going well until she came to the area between my nose and upper lip.Im not sure how she managed to pull off such a big chunk of my skin but immediately blood started running down that place we call the mustache area and I was in quite a bit of pain.I inquired to what she had done and she simply replied maybe it was a pimple that she had pulled the skin off of when she was waxing .I said [redacted] I just looked at my self before coming in here and I did not have a pimple,Any way I had forgotten my glasses at home and was not able to see the extent of the woundSo I let her finish the job since parts of my face were still covered in wax.When she was done I paid her 24.99$ and went home where I was able to get a better look at the wound.It looked pretty bad. so a couple of days later I went back to the HawaiianSalon and asked for my money back.I asked [redacted] If I could see her esthiticians licence or certificate and she replied that she had forgotten it and left it at home.I then mentioned that I thought it was supposed to be displayed on the wall so every one could view it if they so desired.So now of course I have a dark pinkish scar above my lip.It is very noticeable and looks very ugly.Desired Settlement: Im not sure that this incident would even be worth pursuing In any legal way and in all honesty that is not and has never been my intent. I am although concerned about this happening to another customer.It seems obvious to me that [redacted] mot likely does not have any legal credentials to be doing what she is doing but I guess I could be wrong.So I am asking for your cooperation in investigating this business.So that no other person ends up in harms way. We should have trained our staff so that they understood that under certain circumstances. Pleas be assured that this type of situation will never happen again. We have put new rules I place as of today, that will ensure that any customer have the right to ask for any employee's licence to making sure that they are authority to do their type jobs. I regret that we provided you with th bad service and a poor customer experience. It is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. We value out customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service. We have issued a full back money to you as your request but we also offer you three times free service of your next services as a gesture of our gratitude.
