There are no acre parcels in Hawaiian Paradise ParkThe referenced properties are 3-acres that were consolidated in the pastPer the HPPOA Bylaws, Article XI, Section 4, “Consolidation of lots shall not result in a consolidation (reduction) of road maintenance fees or voting rights.” Therefore the association does not consider the parcels 1.As to the letter appointing a representative, per the HPPOA Bylaws, Article VI, Section 3, Proxy votes“Proxy votes are not permitted.” Definition of proxy (from Miriam-Webster) plural proxies : the agency, function, or office of a deputy who acts as a substitute for another 2a : authority or power to act for another b : a document giving such authority; specifically : a power of attorney authorizing a specified person to vote corporate stock : a person authorized to act for another : procurator proxy adjective ·Proxy(n.d.)Retrieved August 29, 2017, from [redacted] The questionnaire provided by the complainant clearly states in paragraph 2: “Road paving will begin in and is expected to take less than months to completeThere is no guarantee that all of the roads will be paved on timeThe HPPOA Board estimates there will be enough money for the entire projectHowever, if cost increase, or there are unforeseen costs is is possible that not every roadway will be paved ”A review of the minutes on our website at www.hppoa.net will show that NONE of the current Board of Directors or current General Manager were involved with the Association at the time the Bond (also available on the website) was taken out to pave the roads nor were they involved with the paving projectAs to the complainants claim that his representation of this trust property hasn’t been questioned in a decade and a half: The current Board as well as last year’s Board were not made aware that the complainant was not a trustee of the Trust until litigation was brought against the Association by themSaid litigation is ongoing and as such, the Association Board of Directors is not able to respond satisfactorily to the complaintWe in no way have “lied to you to stall”, nor are we making excuses

The complainant on ID #*** is not a property owner in Hawaiian Paradise Park so there is a question about this complaint and if it is valid as per our bylaws we serve property owners. In addition HPPOA (Hawaiian Paradise Park Owners Association) does not meet again until September We
need to meet as a board to address the issue of whether there is a valid complaint and if so get the documentation together to respond. Please let me know if there is a valid complaint based on the person submitting it not being a property owner in Hawaiian Paradise Park.If you do find that this a a valid complaint please let us know so that we can respond to the issues raised in the complaint

The Trustee is out of state attending to a family death and won't be back for a few weeks, but this letter should cover all you requiredThe HPPOA is trying to silence those who are speaking up about their fraudulent road paving scam.Did I send you a copy of their Questioner? Wasn't even a referendumMy representation of this Trust Property hasn't been questioned in a decade and a halfThere are still a few Board members who are responsible for this road scam mess who are still on the Board, so they are trying to stop this complaintYou may get other complaints, owners just don't know this is an option

[redacted]Incomplete quotes take out of context does not make a complete picture. It also says the work will begin in 2007 and end in 2009. NOT EVEN HALF of the roads were paved and that is not the "INTENT" of the questionnaire when it says "ALL" and "EVERYONE".The very first "goal" was to pave "EVERY" road. one third is not even close and everyone still still paying for something they did not and will not get for the monies NOW being paid and that have been increased over the past 10 years for this purpose. In what reality is this remotely an A+ rating with Revdex.com?*. [redacted]P.S. you still haven't said WHO is speaking for the HPPOA.
