It is a story walk up (but does have an elevator) tucked away amongst buildings and on the fourth floor, a view never promised nor advertisedYou booked an affordable and economical place which is what we providedWhy did you stay with us in May and review the room now? How do you know the honest condition of it now and what improvements have or have not been madeIs this honestly a fair review? International Marketplace. It is an older part, no doubt, the building was built in the 1950s with the charm and character of "Old Hawaii", which is what most people like about it. My review of where we stay is a result of my family's stay there May 21-29, 2013. If you have fixed, cleaned, remodeled the place since then, then good job; I only wish that came prior to our stay. However, I seriously doubt much has changed since my family stayed there. The place was a dump! The place was dirty, filthy, unsanitary, with bug infestation. There were holes and filt everywhere. The dust was as thick as anyone could ever imagine. Why would you subject your customers to such poor living conditions? It's just plain not right!
