Hawaiian Rehabilitation Services, Inc no longer operates the clinic in Waimea or Waikoloa.  The Waimea clinic was transferred to [redacted] as of Aug 1, 2014 and the Waikoloa clinic transferred to [redacted] as of Jan 1, 2015.The new clinic owner, [redacted],...

Physical Therapist, retained the same phone numbers but did not notify the telephone company. Hawaiian Rehab Services notified the telephone company and all of the referring physicians in the area,  but evidently some patients and physicians are still under the impression that we operate these clinics.  Please forward this complaint to [redacted].  Also please let the patient know that this complaint needs to be addressed to [redacted].
