I have concerns about this businessI've shipped my belongings from Maui to Oregon the third week of JulyMy items have not even arrived on the mainland yet, and we are now going into our third week of SeptemberEach week that I call I'm told a slightly different story, but usually it includes either, we are not sure where it is, or it will arrive at the end of next week The typical excuses include, the holidays have slowed it down, or homeland security has to inspect containers perhaps this is what has happened, but they can't really sayI have called many times because I'm told that Jerry (my contact) will call me backNot once has he called me I was told originally that it would take to weeksNow I'm buffering told that with port security, and delays the situation is really out of anyone's control Now the story is that it can take to business daysI paid for a service that was miss represented, and now all I get are weak excuses for a poorly run businessI shipped my cars through Matson and I was able to track them as they crossed the ocean, and arrived early! Is not rocket science, and we aren't stuck in the 1920sI'm disappointed and frustrated

I had a worst experienceI received an email from Lisa tripling the cost of the ship of items plus cars and that they wont deliver until I payI was upset because I paid our cars delivery from matsonNo tracking unlike matson eitherThen once we received our items and found out we were missing something, nobody wanted to address itI paid the whole amt due by the wayWhen I called many times to follow up our missing item, Jerry said Lisa will return my callNever she didAlways had an excuse such as Lisa is on the other line or she is on vacationAnd when she finally wrote me via email, she sent me a claim form but closes the case right awayBeware!

I had a worst experience. I received an email from Lisa tripling the cost of the ship of items plus cars and that they wont deliver until I pay. I was upset because I paid our cars delivery from matson. No tracking unlike matson either. Then once we received our items and found out we were missing something, nobody wanted to address it. I paid the whole amt due by the way. When I called many times to follow up our missing item, Jerry said Lisa will return my call. Never she did. Always had an excuse such as Lisa is on the other line or she is on vacation. And when she finally wrote me via email, she sent me a claim form but closes the case right away. Beware!

I would not have used this company had I known all the details that were not discussed, such as transfe% ing my stuff into different containers. A lot of my things were broked, smahed, and damaged,. Furniture looked as if dropped and broken in half. Come to find out the handlers were just hands hired off [redacted].
I have called the co. Many times to file claims dwtails and no one can help me and no return calls. Very disappointed.

Now I'm buffering told that with port security, and delays the situation is really out of anyone's control. Now the story is that it can take 30 to 35 business days. I paid for a service that was miss represented, and now all I get are weak excuses for a poorly run business. I shipped my cars through Matson and I was able to track them as they crossed the ocean, and arrived early! Is not rocket science, and we aren't stuck in the 1920s. I'm disappointed and frustrated.
