Mrs *** contacted our office approximately 4/20/about ordering Sun ChairsShe stated she was a previous customer and used them for many years (10+ years)She stated that she had two different size chairsWe told her that we do make
those older models but no longer offered the pattern materials as they had been discontinued by the fabric vendorWe also told her that the web site was being updated with more current photos since they are no longer availableShe ordered the solid green color with the optional canopiesThese models are made on a custom order bases since its an older styleWe rushed the order through and shipped
MrsRaples called and stated she was not happy with the chairs and was not the same
We explained there would be a restocking fee of 15% since these were made to order and shipping is not refundable
Chairs where received back 05/04/2016, we inspected items returned and they had only partially opened one itemThey where not opened enough to be able see to chairs and compare to their older modelApparently it's not the quality of the item that was the issue
We have being out of the country since 05/01/on Holiday and have contacted her regarding the refund would be issued upon return
As of 05/23/a refund of $was issued ($minus-S/H) We waived the 15% restocking
