For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Hello - Thank you for the update. The Bureau of Automotive Repair was mediating with Instant Smog Chech. The business told the BAR that they would send me a check this past week and I would recieve it by Friday. However, I have not received it yet. They appear to be stonewalling them and you just like they did me for over two months.
