Aloha Mr***,This email is in response to Ms*** ***'s complaint ID no *** dated 09/26/I understand how a wedding can cause people to make irrational decisions and "jump the gun" so to speak, that's understandableBut Ms*** should have called us immediately
and continuously until she spoke to someone, instead, she went out to purchase more flowers not knowing for sure whether or not her order was or wasn't going to be deliveredOur protocol is if for some reason it wasn't going to be shipped out in time, then we would have given her a courtesy call and sent an email notifying her of that the day prior to shipping out or the day of or sooner than that if it came to that pointNow Ms*** wants a full refund, even though she received her order on the Saturday before her weddingIt was her decision to go out and purchase more flowers without first knowing all the facts, so in this case, we are not acknowledging fault in this complaintI hope you can understand where we're coming from on the business aspect of it allMahalo,Sales TeamHawaii-Wedding-Flowers.com

our findingsAccording to our notes, Mr*** called on the 26th of June to notify us that he only received lei out of the he ordered and wanted a refund for the missing leisOn June 26th, a refund of $was credited to Mr***'s credit cardI have attached to this email your original letter and the supporting documents attesting this unreasonable claimI believe we have done more than accommodated Mr***'s request because technically, we have 30-days to issue any justifiable refunds and we issued his refund immediatelyI hope this clears any misunderstanding with your agency, but I simply want to protect our reputation of having excellent customer serviceShould you need anything else regarding this claim, please don't hesitate to contact me at: ***Best Regards,*** ***Office Manager

I am rejecting this response because:I did call this business Friday at 11:50am (Hawaii time). The woman took my information and said she would call me back. She never did. I bought new flowers an hour and a half before my wedding. Their flowers showed up a half hour later. I never knew they were on their way because no one from their business called me back. And I was waiting no longer for my wedding flowers. Who waits that long to see if their wedding flowers are going to show up? No one!
