So he contacted me to do the sewer tie in. After talking to [redacted] he told me that the price of $7800 was to install the sewer line from the sewer main in the middle of [redacted] to the existing 4” house sewer, excavate back, fill and regrade the area where the septic tank was. The ground was so saturated with overflow from the tank, it was on the next house lot on the right overflowing there for 2 years the home owner told me. So that area needed to dry out before we could reload that area.the home owner paid me gladly for doing the job and told me it looked fine. We will reloam that area and seed it also.
