The customer submitted a credit application online to apply for auto financingWe ran a credit check, and attempted to provide financing for himHawk [redacted] cannot undo credit inquiries on behalf of othersWe have records of his applicationWhile we are open to trying to resolve this issue for the customer, I am not sure what can be done for him at this point
What specifically do you want stated in a deletion letter? Keep in mind I cannot lie to the credit bureaus and tell them you did not submit a credit application, which gave me permission to in fact run your credit and apply for auto financing

This customer does have an outstanding money due with Hawk Chevrolet in regards to their lease, however, we did do an internal investigation in which I spoke with Mr*** twice in fact in late and determined that Hawk had made an error in the negotiation of their dealThis file was sent to
our collection agency in errorWe have contacted our agency and instructed them to stop activity on this account
