And then a paper gets slod to yu and they say sign it Great customer service .....? I don't think so I guess thats the way Hawk does bussiness I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do bussiness there [redacted]

I did inspect the vehicle on Monday June 16,After a visual inspection I did see eveidence that there had been previous repairs to
the passenger *** (affected area) bumper, fender and front door as paint work was evident ( discolored, finish not consistent with factory, dust in paint, filler lines apparent)The cracked areas on the bumper appear to be related to the previous repair and not caused by Hawk cdj or its employeesI also noted that there was older damage ( scrape and gouges) on the underside of the bumper consistent with hitting a parking block, directly in line with the damaged areaplease see the attachment for a full vehicle report indicating the June accident to the right front of vehicle

I bought a Jeep Cherokee today and Tony *** was the sales consultant who assisted meWords can not explain how amazing he was! He was extremely informative, worked with me on pricing, and was thorough in explaining how my car works and the accessoriesI felt completely comfortable with Tony assisting me with choosing my car and answering my questionsNever have I had such a personal and comfortable experience with customer service and Tony fulfilled thatPlease thank him from the bottom of my heart for helping me purchase a safe and reliable carThank you Tony!!!
