Everything started out fineThe ladies in the office/showroom were courteous and helpfulThey had their guy come out and measure and then I picked out my granite from one of their granite suppliersThe problems all started on the day of the scheduled installationI had a large window of 8am-12pm for them to show upI waited and waited and then called the office at 1pmThey told me they were running a little lateA little late? They never showed up until 2pmAfter complaining to them and the people in the office everyone acted like it was no big dealI thought it was so very inconsiderate that I never got a phone call or an apology until well after my complaintsThey did not leave my house until after 5pm so my whole day was wasted unnecessarily for the installThere was no follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with everything or to even apologizeWhen I called them myself all I got was a bad attitude from someone in the office!
The person who measured for the back splash never took into account that this would push the stove out almost inchesConsequently I could not open the only drawer on that side of the kitchen because it would hit the stove handleHe said I could just open the stove if I wanted to open the drawer because it would be difficult to remove the back splash without breaking itI pretty much laughed at him like you've got to be kidding meWas told on a Saturday that they could probably come out Tuesday to fix thingsFind out they couldn't come out until Thursday and they had to take back splash to cut it correctlyThey did not come back until Saturday to reinstallI had to have them re drill the hole for faucet because it was not centered correctly and of course they just left the granite plug, dust, and mess under the sink without even attempting to clean up anythingOnly one installer speaks limited English and even then he was not much on coversation at allOverall I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone because of the lack of respect for the customers time, the mess the installers make, and the extremely poor customer service after you've already paid them your hard earned moneyDo yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!
