I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: A company flyer was left in my mailbox. When I called the company to request the manager I was asked what my call was about - that no advertisement be left at my residence and especially in the mailbox since that was a federal offense. I asked for the manager again. There was a long pause and then the male who answered the phone said he was the manager. I asked him to spell his name - another pause - and then he said he didn't know anything about the delivery of the ad. I said this company must have hired a company for distribution or at least knew how to help stop any additional ads from being delivered. At this point the male who answered the phone disconnected my call.Desired Settlement: Please ask the company to not leave advertisement at my residence.
