I am rejecting this response becauseI have been out of the countryI asked someone to go to City building department to help me extend the permitHowever, according to City, if the architect cannot continue with the work, City will close the accountIf we want to carry out the work again, we have to start everything from the beginning and submit all feesAlso, because we did not get the permit, so we had to pay $We paid this amount on 2/14.So far, the city only gave me days to find another engineer and architectSince I am out of the country for surgery now, it is hard for me to return to San Francisco to find someone soon.If Hawk, the architect, did listen to us and had done the correct measurement and had updated the building code information, it should have been no problem to get the permit on timeHowever, he kept telling us that three months is enoughIn addition, we had given him the AutoCAD file of the previous engineer and architectThis had saved him a lot of time, too. Due to the fact that Hawk cannot continue with the job, I have to start from the beginning againThe new application fee to City will be $500; we had previously paid $to City and had paid Hawk $4000. Since Hawk cannot continue with the job, I am asking for all the money that I had paid to Hawk and City, which totals to $as detailed in the above paragraphI am also requesting the Plan, which consists of two sheets of paperThis includes the measurement and my ideaHawk took it when he came to my house to measure the house size.I am not asking for twice (???) of my air ticket cancellation penalty fee, which is due to Hawk’s constant postponement that he claimed he would return me the Plan to submit to the City. He ignored my request and furnished me with no informationThis forced me to cancel my air ticket Hereby, I require $from Hawk and the return of the two-sheet Plan.

1.,the violation doesn't need to tear it downSince we have plan in the city beforeBut Hawk gave us wrong info to tear it down
The building code had been changed years ago about height which is feetBut Hawk insist for 7'6".
He never wants to listen to us until we begged him to call inspector to verify.
The room's size was wrong and we asked him to come to measure againHe was asking for to come by
I have been waiting his plan to submit before Dec 16th as he promised to giveHowever, there is no any answer from him so I have to cancel the flight ticket
Since November 18th, we summit first planHe promised to give one in Dec another one in Jan but he all failed to do thatI have been canceled twice flight tickets with penalty and postponed my surgery which make me very uncomfortableFinally, I have to leave without any their update information from him and worry about.
Now I have to pay for penalty to extendAlso, it wastes about three months.
If he would know the new building code and come to measure the right sizeWe won't waste too much time.
Since we give him the old autoCAD file which save him a lot of job already
so, we request you to deliver existing autoCAD plus $refund to us asap
