Review: We hire Mr Hawk to be ou photographer and he have not been truthful. At first he guarantee he was going to be our photographer then close to the wedding he said he is not and he never said he was! Why would would someone agree to have someone you don't know taking pics of the best day of your life I ask him! I ask to meet the photographer and left it at that. ! All it seems he cared about was when his payment was due, made sure he got all his before the day! Got a regular CD a month after the wedding after I called him because he first had told us we will be able to view them at least a week after! Needless to say we are not too please with the pictures, we went back and forth and we were suppose to meet to got over them and it never happen because he can never took the time to meet with us! After countless going back and forth he told us to just choose the pictures for the album since that's all he needed and he will give us a few extra prints for us not being happy! We also have not see our wedding video till this day and he has not let us know anything and it has been over a month since I email the pics we choose! The wedding took place in September 15 last year and here we are in February! I have given him enough time and I feel like its I did something about it because he did not took us seriously!Desired Settlement: We believe he over charge us for doing a mediocre job... He supposedly told us we got a good deal and we don't believe so for the service we got and he did not stick to his promises. It's almost 5 months since the wedding and he has not deliver!

Hawk Photography has always had a small team of photographers and videographers over the past 25 years. We photograph close to 150 weddings every year and the work "team" is mentioned in all of promotional materials, website, etc. We never guarantee or put on the contract who the actual photographer is going to be. However, we always notify the client 4 months before the wedding and let them know at that time. We informed Ms. [redacted] in the spring of 2013 that it would be our longtime photographer [redacted] who did an amazing job with the photographs.

Due to the high volume and extensive time required in editing videos we always tell our clients to allow approx 6 months in turn around time. Ms. [redacted]'s wedding took place 5 months ago and I told we will have her video by the end of February (within 6 months). It is next on our videographer's to do list and we will contact her as soon as it arrives. The same is true with wedding albums. Due to the volume of albums at our album company, finished albums are always delivered within 6 months from the time we receive the order. Ms. [redacted] took 4 months to get her order to us and we have only had it now for one month. We also included a free wedding album in her package. Most clients would have paid an additional $900. for the same exact package. The process has started and will notify her when the layout is ready.

I am rejecting this response because: mr Hawk never mention that it would have taken 6 months for the album or video to be done! None of those were mention, last I called about the video he stated that he will ask his videographer to get started on mine. In term of an album for free, how over 3100 is less than most people payed. Mr Hawk is an untrustworthy business man, my husband was present when he told us he would be the photographer before we booked with him, am sorry that this is the type of business he runs! He even promise a slides how of how pics a week after and he never deliver! I should have trust my husband instinct and should have checked his business out first because this is not the first time! I have all our emails on when we were to meet and he backed out of all of them!

When he delivers my products then il accept closing this case!
