As I've already stated in my previous reply, Sid S[redacted] represented himself as part of Hawkes Law Firm. Not only did he provide a business card with his name and Hawkes name on it but I'm attaching here a picture taken from Hawkes Law Firm site showing Sid S[redacted] listed under Hawkes Law Firm attorneys. So, regardless of whether he had me make a check out to Sid S[redacted] or Hawkes he was a legal representative of your firm and you are liable for his misconduct which caused me damage. I am not making untrue statements as proven by the documentation provided therefore defamation is not a valid claim. If you want to threaten me I can and will also file a complaint with the WSBA against you.  If you want me to withdraw my claim with the Revdex.com you will need to work with Sid to get my money refunded to me.

The Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted]:
Your apparent error is your perception that ‘Of Counsel’ means that Hawkes LawFirm was somehow in relationship with the complainant. She was not. She neverengaged Hawkes Law Firm to do any work; she never paid any money to Hawkes LawFirm; she never received ANY services from Hawkes Law Firm; all her contacts and heronly evidence of engaging with a lawyer at all are with “Sid Strong Law” or Sid S[redacted],Lawyer. Yes, he housed his practice here and he was listed on our web site andbusiness cards as ‘Of Counsel’. That does not mean your complainant had anyagreement or received any work from or paid any money to Hawkes Law Firm; she didnot. Ask her for evidence of any of those things. If there is none, you are obliged toremove the complaint. If I hear that you have imparted such obviously incorrectinformation to any potential clients of ours, there will be further action taken.
The Law Office of Sid Strong paid rent to Hawkes Law Firm for his office. He hada separate phone line, separate computers and file system and a separate computerserver from Hawkes Law Firm. His law office was completely separate from ours otherthan being in the same building. The way he was most separated was that Sid Strongand his staff contracted with and billed their clients separately from our clients. Thatmeans that we have no access to his financial and client records. That means that therewas no Hawkes Law Firm fee agreement signed with the complainant. Hawkes LawFirm does not legally owe money to the complainant because she never paid anymoney to Hawkes law Firm; NONE. She was billed by a separate business fromHawkes Law Firm.
Please see next pages for a print out of Sid S[redacted] WSBA Attorney Profile. Thefirst exhibit clearly displays that his chosen mailing address for his law office was a different address from Hawkes Law Firm, whereas when you look at attorney RogerH[redacted]’ profile, it states he works out of the same address as Hawkes Law Firm. Thesecond exhibit shows the entity information for The Law Office of Sidney Strong, whichdisplays a completely different Universal Business Identifier (UBI Number) from thefollowing page that shows Roger H[redacted], P.S. Inc.’s entity information, indicating thathis Law Office is a separate entity from Roger H[redacted], P.S., Inc. (d/b/a Hawkes LawFirm). The third and final exhibit compares the invoices provided by and sent to[redacted] from the Law Office of Sid S[redacted] and example invoices provided byHawkes Law Firm to clients that have legally engaged in an agreement with our firm. Asyou can clearly see, these invoices are representations of completely different billingpractices from two separate firms.
Sid ran his own, separate business out of the Hawkes Law Firm offices,possessing separate practices and platforms for his client intake, his professional andethical operations and services, and especially for the billing and financial parts of hisbusiness.
Hawkes Law Firm is not responsible for Ms. [redacted]’ agreement and legal feeswith and to The Law Office of Sidney Strong in any way or his work. We requireimmediate removal of this complaint from the Revdex.com files. We will be taking immediatelegal action for defamation if you do not retract this complaint from Hawkes LawFirm files.
