Hawkeye Customer Concrete did a job for us in Augand it has a year warrantyThe concrete stain is flaking off and the owner has gone silent They quoted jobs for us last August and we went with the cheaper option as [redacted] advised the griding of the existing stain on our patio and re-staining and sealing should last years if we keep sealer on it, so we had them complete that job in August/September of and paid them $to do soFast forward to December ( months later) and the concrete is flaking off in a few spotsWe called them in March and it took approximately weeks to get someone to come out and look at itThis time [redacted] comes out as [redacted] is no longer there [redacted] came out towards the end of April and advised that he was surprised that they didn't use a different produce than they did and that it would have been better for outside patiosHe mentioned we should have overlayed it then had it stained and sealed which was an option they quoted for
