We purchased a ceiling fan 9/25/2016, and the fan has not worked properly The store is not doing anything about it
The fan was purchased 09/25/in the amount of $635.99, using Gary M.'s credit card, plus a $installation fee (cash only for the installation)Right after the day warranty, the fan wouldn't workI called Dan's fan and spoke with Susan, at the Bonita store She said it's out of warranty, they never have problems with this fan, etc....I really was upset, So she decided to send a new motor, but we would have to pay the $installation fee (cash only) againAt this point, we just needed the fan to workIt took awhile for them to come backJuan the installer told my husband they have a sensor problem with this fan Again, months after 2nd installation, fan stopped working I called and was told I needed to pay another cash $fee for them to look at it It's a Hercules ORB with 72" DK WALNUT....I purchased it originally from Leigh, the salesm
