Hawkins Appliance and Electrical Repair

Call mr [redacted] as if he repaired hot water heater his response was yes, had him to check my hot water heater to see if it could be repaired, he said yes, he first tighten some thing on and that should fix the problem, no it did not, he returned and next step was to Change out the parts (two parts)he return at least two -three trips. I called him back to tell him it continue to leak and he said, I needed a new hot water heater, my question is that before replacing those two parts, could you have check it first no answer! Call [redacted] and they quote when they are leaking, it couldNot be repaired. He said that when I purchase one he could discount me on putting it in never heard from him.. Have already paid him 135.00 for repairs so why more money when he did not repair the other three times. I was going to be 5 to 6 days before sears can delivery so I paid to get it pickup and the samean put it in for me. Don't think mr [redacted] was in bad health to be trying toTo work on anything.....: I would like a refund from mr [redacted].
