This is a scam! They shipped medical supplies that I did not request and that I returned. They are trying to collect money.This is a scam! They shipped medical supplies that I did not request. I called and got a return slip and returned the merchandise. A year later they are claiming I still owe the balance. Today I told them that I would not pay the bill. He said that I did not know what I was talking about and hung up on me. He had a phone record where I cancelled the account and that I had requested the supplies. What happens is they contact the doctor and a prescription and then send you the supplies without your consent. They claim to have called me and got the information from me. If they did so they obtained it falsely or in a high pressure situation. The supplies were February 2015. I told him I returned the supplies. He said I was too late and not within the 60 day limit. I said that there were shipped the same week. He was changing his story. He became angry, told me I did not know what I was talking about and hung up on me. I am quite certain that a legitimate business would not behave this way. Lied about cost of product, told I could send it back and wait for shipping return label but was not told I only had 3 days left to return it.I received a call regarding receiving free meter and strips. I accepted the offer and then received product, later received second product and a call saying I owed money. I explained I was told it was free they said no I owed and said I could return items. The same day I put the second package back in mail and sent back and told to call customer service which I did to get a return label for the first product I didn't use. The day I was told to wait for return label was three days from my 60 day return time. Which I had no knowledge of and was not told. I waited for return label and didn't get it until about 10 days later and then got a call that I can no longer return item and had to pay or be sent to collections. I spoke to the collection guy name Jake who said he had no manger for me to talk to and I could call customer service who would only send me back to him. I called customer service who admits I should have been informed about the 60 days and that I didn't have time to wait for a return label. As with the past two documents complaints they send crap I don't want or need. I want want same resolution as prior complainants. I have little time for fools and/or is. Both seem to populate Hawkins Pharmacy. All they need ismy name: [redacted] A. [redacted]IF they communicate with me, I only want it to be with someone who has a Bachelor's Degree or higher and that must come from a respected school. Desired SettlementHere's what is going to happen... Earlier today I mailed all the crap they have sent me back to the return address on the package. I never want to hear from them again regarding anything either directly or through their agents. If they have billed a third party for payment they are to stop. If they have been paid any amount from a third party they are to refund that amount by end of calendar year.[redacted]Business Response Our records indicate that on 6/26/15 one of our rep spoke to the complainant about using our services, at which he agreed. Our rep went though the process and verified the information necessary to go ahead and send supplies out to the complainant. Our records indicate that we sent supplies out on 4 different occasions from 7/9/15 to 10/2/15, during that time we have never received a request to cancel the order. On 10/15/15 we received a request to cancel the order and send a return label to have the orders sent back to us. The return label was issued to the customer on 10/15/15, as of 10/26/2015 the only item we have received back was for the 7/9/15 shipment which has been credited to the customers account. As of 10/26/15 the customers account has been canceled and his phone number has been placed on our Do Not Call list. Once the remaining items are received back with the return label that was sent on 10/15/15, we will credit the customers account for the remaining shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This pharmacy is sending us diabetic supplies we did not order and when we return them to sender (unopened) they refuse to stop billing us. This situation is fraud. This company continues to bill me for items I did not order and would not have ordered from them. They are continually billing me for diabetic supplies I did not order and have not received. They need to cease and desist with these fraudulent bills. I had never even heard of this place before they started sending billing me. I don't know how they got my name and address.Desired SettlementI want them to stop billing me and cease all contact. They have not provided me with any service or product and I did not order anything from them. I have never spoken to a representative (to order from them or to discuss this bill) by phone, I have returned 2 of their bills with a note stating that nothing was ordered or received. This is some kind of scam that needs to be stoppedBusiness Response In looking through our records for Hawkins Pharmacy, LLC we do show that on 5/29/2014 a representative called on behalf of Hawkins Pharmacy and spoke to Mrs. [redacted] to discuss using our services. During the initial call the sale was agreed upon and Mrs. [redacted] provided all information necessary for the prescription to be switched to using our services. At the end of the call Mrs. [redacted] did note that she wanted a follow up call to take place before the shipment was sent out, which the rep neglected to schedule and the shipment went out without follow up. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have placed on Mrs. [redacted] and have cancelled her account, taken care of the balance that existed on her account, and have placed her on our Do Not Call List to avoid any further disturbance.
