I am sorry we are not able to meet mr [redacted] expectations, we do provide oil and filters on our oil change coupons, had he requested to have his oil containers re-filled he would have been informed we do not re-fill used oil containers,oil is either installed in an engine or purchased in individual qts suitable for transportation for him to return almost a week after the service was performed and request that we give him qts of oil is ridiculous and I will not do thathe should have been clear about his intentions at the time of service and it could have been explained to him at the time

      I am a customer and paid for the oil and the service. Coming back to claim the oil regardless of the time frame is my business. Why then do you advertise oil and filter when that would be some kind of deceptive business practice if the customer brings some oil and then the oil is denied on your flyer. shame on you.I would have hoped you had a customer satisfaction policy to resolve a simple request.
