Here is the receipt for the repairs made on the guttering of my house. I would like to add, I was accused of "running" the guttering guys that MrHawk claims he sent to my property off The truth is, I never even came into contact with any contractor that MrHawk has claimed to have sent out to my property How I was supposed to have "run them off" is beyond me!When the incident initially occurred, MrRichard Hawk denied having caused the damage to my roof & gutter to begin withAfter numerous texts between us he had agreed to send a guttering contractor out to my property to assess the situation & to try to fix the damage that had occurredAt that point, I informed MrHawk not to send his contractor out to my property and that I would use a contractor of my choice since by this time I was not too keen on having anyone associated with MrHawk working on my houseAt one point MrHawk had told me that he would not reimburse me for any repairs greater than $I requested the phone number of the guttering contractor that he wanted to send out and was flat out denied that information by MrHawkI searched for the company he wanted to send out & was not able to find any information on them so I selected a contractor of my own choosing to fix the damage. I will be forwarding pictures of the damage to my house to you in another email. I also have a business card of the Hawk & Son company which states on the card that they are a liscensed, bonded & insured businessAfter my own investigation, I tend to believe that he is neither liscensed or insured.Thank you for your continued attention to this matter! Mr Hawks never sent any gutter contractor to my property, he refused to give me a phone number to this *** ***, there not in any yellow pages that I can findThe replaced water line was put in months ago by a ditch witch impossible to damage roof and gutter, I still have all pictures of the ground in bark in the shinglesThe gutter has been replaced the cost was dollars*** ***

If I reimburse anything it will be 50 dollars max, but no more hes just trying to get the 150 dollars back he paid us to take the tree down to start with for damage that was not caused by us. Hes the only complaint my company has had, so with that being said that ought to tell you guys something.
