Customer did not read the Ebay item listing correctly. It plainly stated that it was for a V8 5.7L and she had a V6. This is exactly how it was listed "
GM">93-94 Camaro/Firebird V8 LT1 Radiator Heater Hoses New GM" . It is also noted on the auction regarding the restocking fee of 25%.

I understand you need more docs on this issue, I am attaching a pic of their ad on e-bay and will also be forwarding you the e-mail I sent to them & the only receipt I have ( from pay pal via e-mail) of the original purchase.
Thank you for your help with this issue, it has taken up more than $50 worth of my time, but they need to be aware they cannot advertise & sell things that are not what advertised especially if it's for a specific thing like cars parts-
If you need it , I also have a copy of the part of their e-bay ad that says - " Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing " and listed under "Compatibility" the part fits 1994 Pontiac Firebird Engine type "All"
the part I got does not fit my car-
My point being - their "restocking fee" does not apply- they sent the wrong part because it was wrongly advertised to begin with- otherwise I would not have spent $199.95 on a part that did not fit my car
