He told me that after the fact. There are no signs posted saying your car will not get cleaned before paying or entering the car wash. I didn't pay $9 to get my car wet!! I want my Mone y refunded asap!!

Review: I filled up my gas tank on 5/04/2015 and decided to get a car wash. I paid for the premium car wash which was $9. My code was 12690. Me and my 18 year old son noticed while still inside the car wash that something wasn't quite right. When it got to the rinse cycle we looked at each other puzzled cus the car was still dirty. I remember asking my son is it skipped the wash cycle. After exiting the car wash I stepped out my car to look it over. It was STILL dirty. There was bird poop still on my car. The windshield didn't even come totally clean. The seeds from the tree were still all over my car. I went inside to inform the guy my car was still dirty. He called the manager or owner out to handle it. He came outside and asked what the problem was. I said my car is still dirt and pointed out all the dirty spots on the car. He told me, this is a touch free car wash to get it clean you have to go to a touch car wash. I said well I didn't pay $9 to have a dirty car. I asked him as part of customer service is there anything you can offer me? He said no, I said can you offer me another wash code? That's all I wanted!! I NEVER asked for a refund at any time. he still refused giving me another code. I told well I will be filing a complaint with Revdex.com and State Department of Consumer protection. He told me well you can leave right now. I took pictures of my car before pulling off. One of the other customers was even shocked that he didn't offer me another code to get my car clean. A simple code that wouldn't take any money out of his pocket. He has terrible customer service skills and I have several witnesses.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a full refund! $9 it's the principle!!!
