We mistakenly told Mr*** we could get his tag and in circumstances we do get tags - but he wanted a disabled tag and we are not allowed to do that. Unfortunately the paperwork was sent out and retrieving/resolving with government entities took a bit - in effort and time. All
is resolved now

We repaired the motorcycle the day he brought it in and...

returned it to him (a family member was to pick it up I understand based on the information I collected).  The repair was performed exactly per the technical instructions provided by Harley-Davidson Motor Company who manufactured this motorcycle.  We typically do not provide loaner bikes unless a bike is "down in shop" overnight.  Had Mr. [redacted] reached out to the General Manager of the store or Customer Relations letting us know of his transportation issues we may have been able to help him with a ride. I cannot address the repair performed by the Carolina dealership but I certainly hope Mr. [redacted]'s issue is resolved.  As to his request for a new motorcycle that is something he will need to discuss with the motor company (I understand he has reached out to the Customer Service Division) but hopefully he will not need to pursue that.  If Mr. [redacted] has any further issues we would be happy to assist him - he has the contact information for our Sales Department and has spoken with our Service Director as well.

Thank you for making us aware of this complaint.  We were aware the bike was brought in for an oil issue but not the subsequent issues.  A full investigation will be instituted tomorrow and we will respond with our findings.
