Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is not a car rental service this is a hotel, and this had nothing to do with a security hold, your manager even stated it was a software error that caused our reservation to not be recognized causing us to be billed the full amount from the roomyes eventually the right amount was billed but your 3rd rate company debited my account almost twice the agreed upon amount; I have a copy of the reservation and screen prints of the bank records to prove thisThis affected the rest of our trip that we had already spent almost two thousand dollars on, in the budget my family and I had to safely use Regards, [redacted] ***

I do apologies you did not have a great experience at the Hawthorn Suites Tempe, I would like to let you know, as in any car rental industry they require an authorization amount to be held on your credit card, we have the same expectations We have only charged you
the room rate + Tax and you had also asked to have candy bar and 1 Razor to be charged to the unit total charges were then collected at the time of checkout any additional amount that was held in excess of those charge we released at that same time of check out, for your verification we have attached a detailed copy of the receipt that show all transactions that occurred Even though you reduced the number of night which would take you to a higher rate bracket we honored the Low rateWe have made all attempts to explain this process and thus far you have only been charged for services rendered and dose not constitute a refundDo let me know what further question you have for us Again thank you for choosing Hawthorn Suites, hopefully this has cleared up any confusion or misunderstanding that may have risen upLet me know what question you may have.Thank you,*** ***General Manager
