To whom it may concern: We are disappointed to see a complaint against Hawthorne At Victoria We feel that this may have been a misunderstanding, We have hopes the following documentation will clear up any confusion Attached you will find the final account statement as well as a few pictures of the damage left by Mrand Mrs [redacted] During my conversation with Mr [redacted] I explained that the charges to him were minimal and could have been much more Not at anytime did I suggest or threaten that I would charge more Once a final account statement is created we cannot make changes nor would we If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to conatct us [redacted] Hawthorne At Victoria ###-###-####

To Whom It may concern, There was not a threat made at anytime to the previous resident Mr [redacted] The situation has been escalated unnecessarily The apartment was left in very poor condition and pictures have been provided to both The Revdex.com and The [redacted] 's They were not charged for all of the damages that they left to the apartment in fact, received a deposit of They are not showing to be late on their rent, the account was adjusted to reflect that The computer charged the rent amount This can happen in error at the first of the month however, it was changed We have apologized several times for the error and have stated several times that there was never a threat to Mr [redacted] just the hope to move on from here Best Wishes!! Itemized Statement and Breakdown of Charges
·        Carpet damages, stains and stretching of carpet $200.00
·        Outlet replacement $5.00
·        Oven and microwave cleaning $45.00
Total charges $250.00 damages and cleaning
·        Final water bill $46.97
Total $296.97

To Whom It may concern,
