Hawthorne Heating and Air

I paid Joe $5800 to install new indoor and outdoor unit. He had to come back 5-7 times to fix all kinds of problems, including replacing the indoor unit again, redoing copper lines, and water leaking from a drain pipe into my ceiling. Once winter rolled around, the heater kept throwing the breaker. Electrical guy came out and said the unit needed a secondary power cable to power this unit. Quoted me $700. Work was performed to get me up and running again. Joe said he'd pay the cost since he failed to install this initially. Well, he never paid. In fact, he blocked my calls and messages. He refuses to this day to honor his contract with me. Avoid this con artist at all costs.

Air Conditioning went out today(Sunday), I googled a repair man n Joe was da first person I talkd with, it was 2pm wen I talked with him, he was very professional wen I spoke with him, he told me I had one person ahead of me, he would get to me soon as he finished with dem, he called bac n a timely manner n quoted me a time he would arrive, he showed up, was very nice n professional, listened to everything I had to say, checked everything out bfore fooling with anything, then went to the problem, fixed it n no time, very good man, I say he was GOD SENT!!!!! If ever I need my air conditioner fix I will b calling him!!!! great man
