I would urge all potential customers of this business to double check the company's online advertised prices as they may change after the completion of the sale and result in credit card overchargesAfter re-quoting me three different charges, every time a higher one, I was told that there was a "glitch in our system" when quoting the original price and as a result, I had to accept the higher adjusted price, after the completion of the sale

On May 16th, *** *** received the hard copy products that she ordered through TesTeachersAs per the attached Delivery Report given through our shipping provider ***, *** ***’s products were confirmed and delivered on May 16th, On July 16th, *** *** called and spoke to one of our representatives regarding her returned productsTesTeachers hard copy study product refund policy reads as follows: “HARD COPY STUDY PRODUCT REFUND POLICY: A written request must be made prior to midnight of the third calendar day from the date of purchase to ***Please include a note with the returned materials requesting TesTeachers process arefund/exchangePRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENEDDISCS:Computer discs, audio, and/or video programs CANNOT be returned or exchangedBOOKS: Books must be returned in new condition or reimbursement will not be processedFLASHCARDS: Flashcards must be returned unopened and in new condition or reimbursement will not be processedItems must be returned to TesTeachers within days of student’s shipment receipt.Downloadable Audio Links are NON-REFUNDABLE.Once the physical materials are received, the refund will beprocessed minus a $non-refundable fee and shipping chargesTesTeachers’ground shipping ($10) and overnight shipping ($65) will not be refunded to thestudent.”When *** *** reached out to our representative on July 16th, we were unable to locate a refund request from her in our *** accountTherefore, since we did not have a response from the student within the required 3calendar day time frame, her account was deemed ineligible for a refundIf the student was having trouble sending us an e-mail request to that address, she had the ability to call us days a week, MON-FRI AM to PM Arizona Time, aswell as on the weekends from AM to PM Arizona timeBy speaking with one of our representatives to confirm receipt of her request, we could have confirmed that her account was eligible for a refundHowever, since we were unable tolocate a refund request, the student was given a copy of the refund policy and her products were deemed ineligibleHowever, since we are a company that genuinely cares about our customers and providing the highest quality customer service, we approved an exception be made to the refund policy and explained to *** *** that once we received the products she had sent to us, we would be able to process a refund for herOur representatives reached out to *** *** on July 17th, to locate a tracking number from the carrier she had sent the products through so that we could ensure that these products were on their way*** was unable to provide TesTeachers with a tracking number for the package she had sent back to us*** *** stated that she had moved twice since she had sent the products and that due to this, she was unable to locate any tracking information for TesTeachersIt was agreed that we would await the arrival of the products and still refund *** *** for her products over a month past the time that her request should have been placed in accordance with our established refund policies.*** *** called to verify whether or not her products had been received at TesTeachers on July 30th, TesTeachers had still not received a package from *** *** and it was recommended to *** that she reach out to the mail carrier she had sent the package through and file a claim as it appeared that this package may have been lost in transit*** *** agreed to file a claim through *** for the package*** *** mentions in her statement that she has proof that this package was sent priority mail but that she is unable to locate any information regarding the shipmentUnfortunately, since *** *** sent this package through *** and paid for it through her own personal form of payment, we are unable to reach out to *** and attempt to resolve this on behalf of *** ***As we have discussed with the student, although her products are not eligible for a refund as per our disclosed refund policy at the time of her payment, we are willing to make an exception to accommodate for our valued customerHowever, we are unable to provide a refund to a student if they have not returned the physical products to usIf *** is able to locate her package, she can reach out to TesTeachers and we are more than happy to send her a return label address that would give us the ability to track the package and ensure it's arrivalSince we would be using our own *** carrier account, we would be more than happy to also have *** *** use the return address label free of charge so that she does not need to pay additional shipping fees on top of the ones she paid through ***However,until that time, *** *** will need to continue to be in correspondence with *** regarding her package claim*** should be able to locate a record of her package, regardless of whether or not she has the receipt as the student likely provided our information as the delivery address and her address as the outgoingBecause *** is the only entity that can assist *** *** with her claim at this time, we request that this complaint be removed from the TesTeachers account as we have We received product which didn't even work , they claim for it's not the product issues its our computers however , we had an IT -check the product advice us this contained a virus , we informed the company hoping find solution never got a call back when they advice manager would call then when they decided to give us a refund it was 5$- for a 42$ purchase claiming that shipping and handling was deducted out of the refund ... so I kept on calling the company and advice I would report them when they finally processed the refund for no where near the amount of the product purchased . this was a HUGE mistake and services is a scam this company knows there product has a virus and is willing to sell it at no refund please be aware
