There was no smoking in the roomI don't smoke and no one in the room is old enough to smokeI never called the front desk to say I was not leavingI did ask why we were being asked to leaveThis is totally falseI was never told that more than people could not be in the room at one timeI do not agree with this reply

I did not have a party at their property, my daughter and niece's party occurred at a Spa called *** *** ***I also did not sign off on any charges stating so, my final bill was for the correct amount of the hotel room nothing moreI never authorized that payment and never would have because there was no partyAlso, it was harassment by the front desk attendant and the security guards the night of 11/28/2015, when they came to the door talking about there was a complaint of noise when I was sleep and my children were in the bedThey tried to put us out on accusationsOn 11/29/when we left early that morning the room was spot clean so there could not be a recovery fee for a clean room and a party that never happenedIf they do not resolve this matter I will be suing them
