This is nothing except the very same emails I have already received from Hawthorne ThreadsI REFUSE to pay return shipping or a % restocking fee for defective merchandiseThey have taken a VERY LONG TIME to respond to this complaint.They do not stand behind the quality of their products as a company shouldI am v3ery disappointed with themAGAIN I requested a FULL REFUND with RETURN SHIPPING! Because ofheir FAILURE to make this right I have contacted Revdex.com to attempt to give them another chanceThey have failed a proper responseI will NEVER SHOP there AGAIN! Also I will make sure to tell others of my NEGATIVE experienceThis is shamefulThe fabric was EXTREMELY wrinkled, never in my life had I seen something that badThere were DEEP CREASES in itThey didn't even APOLOGIZE and want me to pay them MORE money!

Hawthorne Threads sent me defective fabric with excessive wrinkles and heavy creasesWhen I asked about returning the fabric, Hawthorne Threads told me that it would be a 20% fee along with having to pay high shipping charges myselfAfter all of this, I would get, at most, 10$ for fabric that cost me Hawthorne Threads has caused me anxiety over having to get the fabric somewhere else, getting me out of 50$ that could have paid one of my water billsI feel like I have been scammed by Hawthorne ThreadsAgain, I would like a full reimbursement for the damaged fabric, plus return shipping fees

Review: I ordered 4 yards of fabric for a total of $51.30 which includes shipping. The fabric was shipped quickly and arrived in just a few days. When the fabric arrived, and I removed it from the package it was extremely wrinkled with fine wrinkles and deep wrinkles. Newly purchased fabric should not be wrinkled but smooth. When I sent an email informing them that the fabric was defective, and I wished to return the fabric for a refund, they were argumentative. They insisted that I would loose shipping charges I have paid, plus 20% plus shipping charges to return the fabric. I have never had this experience before with defective merchandise, usually companies provide a return label, and refund FULL purchase price including shipping. Hawthorne Threads made it clear that they had no intentions of issuing me a full refund for defective merchandise. They requested I send pictures etc, were rude, and just left me feeling upset. I have no intentions of purchasing with their company again, and have cancelled their newsletter. I really wish I had not made this purchase from them now. I really thought I was purchasing from an honest company, not someone who would rip me off. $51.30 is a lot of money to me, and it would have been put to better use if I had not made the mistake of purchasing fabric from them.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $51.30 which includes fabric and shipping plus a return label provided or reimbursement of return postage.

Hawthorne Threads sent me defective fabric with excessive wrinkles and heavy creases. When I asked about returning the fabric, Hawthorne Threads told me that it would be a 20% fee along with having to pay high shipping charges myself. After all of this, I would get, at most, 10$ for fabric that cost me 50. Hawthorne Threads has caused me anxiety over having to get the fabric somewhere else, getting me out of 50$ that could have paid one of my water bills. I feel like I have been scammed by Hawthorne Threads. Again, I would like a full reimbursement for the damaged fabric, plus return shipping fees.
