Mrs [redacted] signed the invoice which explains the warranty on the back, and by signing the invoice she agreed to the parts, labor and warranty terms She was given the opportunity to choose either a rebuilt transmission or a used transmission and she chose to have us install a USED transmission because it was cheaper With any used part there is a possibility of issues which was also explained to Mrs [redacted] The USED transmission was purchased by Carlos Car Care with a day warranty which we pass along to the customer not a 90day warranty as Mrs [redacted] suggested Prior to her picking up her vehicle she called daily asking if it was ready, and after it was ready she did not have the money to pick the vehicle up so her father ( a long time customer of mines) paid for it to be released I am the owner and I am not in my office the entire work day so when Mrs [redacted] called and spoke to my receptionist and was told that I was not in, I was not in at the moment I have no reason or need to lie about my whereabouts After picking up the vehicle for the first time Mrs [redacted] called complaining about a leak and I informed her to bring it back in I in good faith RE-SEALED the transmission and NO cost to Mrs [redacted] All the while she would call in cursing at my receptionist and calling her a liar We were never unprofessional to Mrs [redacted] although she called in multiple times harassing my staff Once again she was told that the Part and Labor had a 30day warranty and we have tried to accommodate her at every level but she does not seem to be able to be satisfied unless she gets work done for free I have been in business since and we pride ourselves in great customer service Once we resealed the transmission last week we have not heard back from Mrs [redacted] so we assumed that all was well until now We can not extend her warranty because of our warranty terms that she agreed upon at the time of service We will not authorize a refund due to the fact that Mrs [redacted] paid for a USED transmission to be up into her Dodge Magnum and Carlos Car Care put a Used Transmission in Mrs [redacted] 's Dodge Magnum She paid for parts and labor that she received Attached is the Invoice she signed and dated on the back is the warranty information and Payments that she made towards the repairIf you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.RegardsCarlos M***
