HAWX SERVICES TOTALLY BAD
My mother is 79 years old and was taken of by the false advertising. The lead her to believe that it was a one time fee monthly and when she could not afford services to cancel it she was charged a $200.00 fee. This is very misleading and she needs her $200 dollars refunded.

Horrible customer service
The very first appointment went very well and then nothing went right from that day forward. I tried several times to contact customer service. All I got was attitude and no resolution. I don't work from home, so I lost a lot of time and money waiting on technicians that never showed up. Then I was even charged when I didn't even receive services. If that's not enough, I had to pay $300 to get out of this nightmare. What a scam. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this trainwreck to anyone. Look elsewhere.

Very disappointed
The service guy was quick to get me to sign no details. When they came to spray they did a very quick job and did not get to the root of the problem where the roaches were getting in. After their treatment, my roach problem increased and then I had an ant infestation. I called to cancel the contract and not to charge my credit card any more. They told me I had to talk to an account representative and they were not available they'd call me back. Well guess what, they charged my card any way and no call back. I phoned them again and asked to cancel the contract. They offered to come back but I said no, kept asking me to retreat. I had to pay a hefty cancellation fee but I'm glad I'm out of the contract, but they have yet to send me verification of this fact. However; I have the cancellation charge on my credit card. I reported them to the BBB and there are tons of complaints from other customers. If they charge my card again when I clearly said cancel I'm turning them into my bank for fraud charges.

Worst pest control service!!!!
Avoid! Avoid! An intelligent, and kind service person named Aria discusses the packages with you and it all sounds great. Then you get a technician who is so lousy and does not actually complete the service that you are told you will receive. The tech did the bare minimum and thought I wouldn’t notice how quickly he left. After calling to complain and being promised that a different technician would be sent out, I got the same lousy technician again. Once again he did a very quick service (I’m talking about 15-20 min when it should be taking 45-60 min). He was trying to cut corners and not do all the steps of the service that I was told would happen such as fogging the property. When you call the company they only offer to send out a technician again but it’s the same lousy guy over and over again. To make matters worse when I called to cancel my service they charged me a $120 cancellation fee! Worst company! I live in Hollywood FL.

I've tried since 7:30 am to get ahold of these people. Opt. 1 is for existing customers. It hangs up on you. Opt 2 says they relate message to option 1 but I still didn't get a call when they opened at 9 am. Its 10:30 am now and I'm JUST getting to talk to a real person!
The service they are doing is not acceptable. Its simply not working on the bugs, especially my spider issue. There is NEVER a manager to talk to and customer service is very reluctant to put in a note for them to all you. Says it takes 24-48 hours just for them to call you. They constantly repeat themselves which is annoying and when they put you on hold which is often the hold music is so very annoying!. Then after you are totally exasperated they "cheeryfully" tell you have a good day! Yeah, Right. Fat chance of that after this HORRIBLE SERVICE!

This company is not trustworthy - Because of very poor service, we looked at contracting with a different provider. Before signing we contacted Hawx to verify our contract details and cancellation costs. The customer service rep on a recorded line stated we were not under contract and there would be no cancellation fees. Based on that information we signed a new contract. The following day a retention specialist contacted us and informed us that we owed a $199.99 cancelation fee. When we responded they indicated they would have a manager contact us. They dodged us for two weeks and then we were told the signed contract trumps any verbal information we were given. I believe any verbal contract is valid if action is taken based on the contract. I do not believe that a signed contract supersede's a recorded verbal contract.

Very unscrupulous company, do not believe anything they tell you verbally. They will make everything sound wonderful. Their only goal is to get you to sign a contract full of fees they can charge to you and continue to charge you even after the service is cancelled, discontinued, or not done. This is one of the best catfishing schemes out there, it is well planned and expertly executed. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS, DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER (not even for a one time service). Their service, if actually completed, is poorly done,ineffective and will not solve your problem

Ok service, horrible customer service.
There have been several times I tried to politely work through things with this company. However the reason for my review is after the contract time was over, I started to see bogus, fabricated charges on my web portal. Charges for service not rendered. The billing will not show any details as for the reason behind the charge. If you email their customer service they will avoid responding to you in writing. They will keep trying to push you to a phone call. Good luck with canceling your service as well. Luckily my contract time was done, so they did not have a contract with my signature. When I emailed explaining I no longer need the service, the rude customer service representative tried to reassure me that the service would remain "ACTIVE" until I called the number. They will never provide a representative name as they prefer to hide anonymously.

DO NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THEM
If you see good reviews, it is because the people that come to your home are super nice and friendly. However, this company is AWFUL. Just try and cancel your service if you dare. They will slap you with a $300 cancellation fee. I actually didn't have a signed agreement and they still charged my credit card a cancellation fee anyway.

RIP off service, hiding behind lies and untruths per paper trail
Bought a .350 total service, now seems it was 899.00. first service ha...350 for 10minutes of pest control work...DO NOT USE THESE THEIFTS. CALLED TO COMPLAIN, AND PRE CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD 199.00 WHILE I WAS TO GET THAT SO CALLED SERVICE AGREEMENT, THEY CXL MY SERVICE AND CHARGE ME FOR CXLING, AND I DID NOT CXL, YET!

I am rejecting this response because: When I signed up the sales representative stated, "I could stop service for unsatisfactory service at anytime without penalty"I stopped service due to their subpar serviceHawx sent me a balance account of zeroLater Hawx sent a claim for a service that never occurred and I pointed this out to HawxThen Hawx sent a account stating it was for early terminationI once again sent letters to Hawx and Revdex.com stating Hawx sent an original occunt balance as zero and now sending follow up statementsI sent Hawx a cease and desist letter for account statementsI also informed Hawx they were in violation of The Rosenthal Act and bullying tactics of attempting to obtain a charge when my Hawx account balance was zeroI informed dHawx do not call my telephone nor send me any more threatening statementsI have the original Hawx statement account that shows balance of zeroHawx needs to update their accounting department, honor my account balance statement of zero and move onI informed Hawx of their legal violations of guerilla tactics of trying to obtain a amount when my account balance is yoursI informed them to stop correspondence and contact their legal team

between regular scheduled services and we will come back at no charge to resolve the problem as many times as needed. Now when you signed up for service you signed a 1 agreement, and if you cancel within that year you are charged a cancellation fee. I would be glad to go over your contract with you in full detail. We only charge for services performed unless you cancel within that year.
