Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this fact was stated in the complaintI (said customer) did make an attempt to contact the owner/manager that night moments after the incident(firecrackers thrown at us and then began to fly through the air as they continually exploded for over a minute with one hitting my wife in the neck and another striking myself in the back) occured and was turned away being told I would get a return call from the manager the next daySeven days later calling the owner /manager after not being contacted as I was told I would be, only to be told AGAIN that I would be contacted by the manager at a later timeThree days later I called again and was not so easily brushed off and this is when I was insulted and spoken to as though I was an inconvenience for the owner! As though my wife being burnt was not to your "liking" and that I just want something from you i.e: compensation or free serviceI do NOT appreciate my wife being burned either sir! And I will not stand for this brush offThe insurance company is taking care of my coatThank you! That is not the part that is of serious concern! Though it is obviously helpful considering that my coat was ruined by the burnThe importance of this seems to be of no interest to the owner! Even now obviouslyThe fact that if it was my wives or my eye; or even that of a small child, that had been hit with burning parts of the firecracker this would not be so easy for you to just reject responsibility for! You made the decision to have me sent away that night stating you would contact meNo such thing happened and now a fourth brush off of any kind of acknowledgement of the danger this practice of throwing firecrackers near the entrance/exit presents as though it is perfectly acceptable and safeIt is NOT and needs to be changed immediately! Along with a written apology to my wife and I as your customers assuring us that this will happen never again to us OR ANYONE ELSE! With response to the complaint I first would like to say I apologize for the customers concerns on how the complaint was handled but under the circumstances the Manager / Owner was not at the time aware that said incident took place so therefore had to inform insurance for liability reasons.
