I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The sign we saw said all you can eat.  The form we filled out was the single all you could eat form and not from the menu.  We didn't order Toro  it was tuna.  I can send pictures of what we ordered and also the fish heads that was on the sashimui boat.  The two other people that were part of my party said they can supply their statement or file a separate complaint also.   Please let me know which you'd prefer.

$44 per order.

The sign they are referring to, I took a picture and attached to this email. It wasn't all you can eat, it is all you can drink for $20.  I also remember having conversations about if they are from here, they would do all you can drink.

Review: My friends ([redacted] and [redacted]) went to eat at this establishment. When we entered that was a sign behind the register that said All you can eat Sushi $20.00. We asked the hostess that was also our waitress if the sign was correct "All you can eat Sushi $20.00". She said yes and we said we could afford $20.00 each. She gave us both the regular menu and the all you can eat menu. We told her we were have the All you could eat for $20.00. We said this again a few time before she brought the sodas and all. She brought Miso soup that she said was on the house and the chef/owner (we assumed) brought out oysters for us to try. We thanked her and said we didn't mark it on the all you could eat. We assumed it was because beside an elderly gentleman on a motorized scooter we were the only patrons there - which seemed odd. We all agreed that this was the best sushi we ever had, the portions were enormous and that it was very nice of them to say we could take home the leftovers. Then came the bill and instead of $60.00 plus the cost of our drinks it was over $310.00. We mentioned it to the waitress and disappeared until it was time to collect payment. We did pay our bill and leave a tip where between splitting the cost it was $240.00 on one card and $120.00 on the other. We were complaining quite loudly about this at the booth and when we were leaving. It was also strange that they seemed to be locking up when we were leaving around 5:00 pm when they were supposed to be open until 9:30 pm.Desired Settlement: Although I doubt a refund of the different in price is possible ($70.00 refunded to the one card that was charged $120.00 and $140.00 refunded to the one that was charged $240.00) - that would be the ultimate settlement. Mainly it's to make sure that this company honors it's advertising to it's customers.

I don't do "all you can eat" here because the quality I get is top notch.
