I just contacted Hayco Management to ask about an apartment they might have availableThey person at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectfulI get that this is NY and people here are relatively known for their rudeness and disrespectI however have a reasonable expectation of respectable behavior from anyone who works in a business whereas they are in direct contact with potential clienteleI am extremely disappointed by her rudenessI called back to speak with management and the person I spoke to who identified herself as " [redacted] " which could totally be a name given the experience we just had with one another, kept giving me the run around and would not allow me to speak with upper managementShe then said this was an answering service which was a complete lie because when I spoke with her the first time she told me that she had no apartments available anywhereIt would do your business some good to review your policies on customer service with this rude and disrespectful girlShe is giving your business a bad reputation, especially in this day and age of social media and the power it can wield in regards to your business and clientele

Review: Property Management company failure to return security deposit. Apartment vacated on 6/**/2012. As per contract" Owner will return to you the full amount of your security deposit plus interest to which You are entitled within 60 days after this Lease ends:. The Security deposit of $1375 should have been returned no later than 8/**/2013. This apartment is rented by myself and roommate. The monies we were told were sent by check twice but "must have gotten lost in the mail". Repeated phone calls & messages were seldom returned or acknowledged. To date we have not received any payment. Management supt of the building, [redacted], reported the apartment was in very good condition when we vacated as noted also by HAYCO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. We are college students.Desired Settlement: Full SECURITY DEPOSIT refunded to myself & roommate
