This letter is to inform the Revdex.com, that Hayden's Appliances in the process of resolving the issue/problem 0in">In the meanwhile we have replaced the refrigerator in question with a brand new refrigerator ( but smaller ) Mr [redacted] is satisfied with the way we are attempting to resolve this issue The Refrigerator in question is under-going a series of test's in our main warehouse and we will ( as our warranty states) either fix the fridge or replace it with a fridge to the customers approval We appreciate the Revdex.com and hope this case will soon be settled Respectfully, [redacted]

This letter is to inform the Revdex.com, that Hayden's Appliances has closed the case, to the satisfaction of the customer Mr [redacted] picked up his original LG French door refrigerator on Saturday, the 17th of January After carefully monitoring and documenting the refrigerator, we found nothing wrong Mr [redacted] had an electrician re-wire his electricalWe believe the wiring in his house was the reason for the problem's he was encountering Hayden's Appliances spent over $in parts on multiple service calls, that were not necessaryWe did this, because we back our warranty I hope the Revdex.com will take into account, that Hayden's Appliances did take care of our customer and this will settle the case of [redacted] ID [redacted] Thank you! This letter is to inform the Revdex.com, that Hayden's Appliances has closed the case, to the satisfaction of the customer.
Mr. [redacted] picked up his original LG French door refrigerator on Saturday, the 17th of January 2015. After carefully monitoring and documenting the refrigerator, we found nothing wrong.
Mr. [redacted] had an electrician re-wire his electrical. We believe the wiring in his house was the reason for the problem's he was encountering.
Hayden's Appliances spent over $400.00 in parts on multiple service calls, that were not necessary. We did this, because we back our warranty.
I hope the Revdex.com will take into account, that Hayden's Appliances did take care of our customer and this will settle the case of [redacted] ID [redacted]

It is a common practice of Hayden's Appliances to always try to please out customers by accommodating their schedules for appointments and to beat every appointment on time. However, there are circumstances that arise which are out of our control and prevents us from being on schedule. Most of...

our customers understand work with us because they know we stand by our word/work.In [redacted] case we had an unforeseeable issue with the appointment before his and got behind with all of the appointments for that day. We tried to rescheduled [redacted]'s appointment, but he was not happy with being rescheduled and stated he wasn't sure when he would be available.
We have seen resolved [redacted]'s issues by unclogging his drain on 4/292016. Please see the attached document for reference of the services performed.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Frefrigerator worked fine for 4 days.  Now it is not working and has the exact same error code.  I have taken pictures  that are time stamped to show error code.  Freezer is code refrigerator  is warm.  I have contacted another company to come and service the refrigerator.   They are coming 2-2-15.  This company stated he has seen this issues and it is related to a recall defect.  He told me parts and labor to repair defective refrigerator  will be $258.  I told him what haydens appliance said about my "faulty electricity" he actually  laughed and said no refrigerator  needs more than a 20 amp breaker.  It does no good to even contact haydens appliance because they accomplish nothing when they show up, if they show up.  This case is not closed and I will post Facebook messages as well as word of mouth and on [redacted] to not do business with this company.   This is not how you run a business,  if it's legitimate. Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Bought refrigerator late October 2014.  Came with 90 day warranty.  Had numerous issues with this company with different error codes.  Heard every excuse as to why they couldn't come and fix my problems.  Came 4 separate times and still never resolved the issue.  Finally they came and switched refrigerator and told me they'd run complete testing on my refrigerator and return it in a week.  Rarely returns calls or texts.  On delivery day they told me they'd be here at 10am. Finally at 2PM I called and they said they couldn't make it till the following day at same time.  That day after not showing 5 hours after the agreed time I went and got refrigerator myself!  This company is a scam.  When you walk in the business they all smell of alcohol!  Do not do business with them! They told my electric to my house was "wrong" I have letter from electrician stating electric is to code and there are no issues.  After having my refrigerator back for a week now I wake up this nomrning to the same error code as before.  This company took $600 of my money and have given me a piece of [redacted]! I'll never do a guarantee with a company such as this again!  It does no good to even call or complain to them.  Please don't waste your time.  I want my money back!Regards,[redacted]
