To Whom it may concern, we at h [redacted] did sell Mr [redacted] a new GulfStream rvand did warranty work to repair issues, there rv is currenty at the Gulf stream factory to repair or replace a slide out, I have been in contact with Both Mr [redacted] and Gulfstream .Trying to help with getting their rv back to them as soon as possibleThank You Kevin H [redacted] Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because: to repair or replace a slide out? Either Mr H*** doesn't know what he is talking about or there is more wrong with this camper than what we knewThere has been no prompt repairs as Mr H*** saidThis camper has been under repair and not in our possession longer than we have had in our possession(On the 3rd return for repair, we are now approaching months) We've been lied to and deceived as were promised 1) a quality product that was later said by Aaron J*** that it was no longer fit for selling 2) lied to by Aaron J*** promising he would advocate for us with Gulf Stream and 3) lied to from Aaron J*** who was going to exchange our camper for a Coachman This matter should have been taken care of long before now.
