Hayes Custom Concrete

We had a huge concrete driveway installed recentlyWe had blacktop and Hayes tore it out and hauled it awayI made multiple requests to add more gravel for the base for the new concrete but was denied saying it was ok with the hard dirt underneathThe driveway was finished about a month after the start of itThere were atleast people that stopped by and asked about getting this dude to do their driveways but nobody used him as it was a month long projectThe final outcome was with the driveway sloped to the house as bad as it did with the blacktop and pooled water in front of the entrance doorHis response when he saw this (before the payment was made) "I will have to tear this whole section out and get the fall right." The next day that had changedNow he says there is no way he is going to tear the section out but he will install a drain at the doorThis whole time I thought he knew what he was doingI paid him the 15k and now I have a water issue, cracked and broken concrete and am right where I started with the bad blacktop I had previouslyBuyer bewareIt was my fault for paying the final amountShould have paid another company to redo the bad job

Contacted this company after finding them on Craigslist and seeing a good Revdex.com ratingOwner came out and gave an estimate on some concrete work at my residence After a couple weeks I finally got a start date to begin work Prior to the beginning date I messaged the owner several times to confirm and never got a response The week work was supposed to begin came and went and no one showedI have since hired another company that is great with communication and has already started working

Professional work at a reasonable price. Work completed as described. Courteous manner makes one feel at ease.
