Per our conversation on October 17, relating to Hayes Garage, Mobile St., Florence, AL, owner [redacted] (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and brother, [redacted] ***, (XXX-XXX-XXXX) On August 2014, I called Hayes Garage and spoke with [redacted] about overhauling the engine on my antique car (Impala custom) He said they could do it for $ I agreed [redacted] and another man came to my house and picked up the car I told him to take his time and do a good job, that I wanted the job done by Christmas December On December 1, [redacted] came to my house and asked for money to buy parts for the car I gave him a $check with a verbal statement that he was late with the repairs Time went on in [redacted] Saying that he needed more time, he got to the point that he said that I was harassing him, I would periodically calls to check on the progressOn January [redacted] called me and told me that he was taking over the oversight of the engine overhaul I never could g
