A discrimination lawsuit has been filed with legal services of Indiana on behalf of tenants rights and landlord responsibility in an Indiana tax credited apartment-The Georgetown 3621 Bunker Hill Drive Indianapolis, IN 46205. 317-261-7245. I have gone without a working washing machine going on three months now. I have to lug my clothes to the laundry mat each week and continue to pay for an amenity that I cannot use but is covered in the lease. The office lady refuses to replace my washer with one of the new ones received. She continues to flatly refuse to fix my broken machine. I had no other choice but to contact the Indianapolis Legal Society, I also filed a complaint with HUD housing, The Mayor's Action Center, The Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana, Indy Star Call for action housing complaint and media watch dog, and The Indiana Office of Housing and Urban Development. I am not a welfare recipient nor will I be treated as such. I personally know of others that had their machines fixed. I will not wait one year or longer have my washing machine fixed yet my rent is never adjusted
