Hayes Shoe Repair

My shoes needed the soles glued back onWhen I picked them up, they were missing the "chrome" plastic pieces that go on the sides of the shoes My father and I both had a pair of shoes that needed repairMy K Swiss needed the soles glued back onOn May 20th, I picked up the pairs of shoes and noticed that the chrome accent pieces that were on the K Swiss shoes were no longer on either shoeI am now left with a horrible repair job, and pieces missingI was given back my $for the repair, but I'm still left with horribly repaired shoes that are missing the accent pieces, that now show holes on the sides of the shoes where those pieces wentNow these shoes are not old or worn out by any means in fact they were less than months old when I took them to get fixed
