Review: I paid $200 cash deposit & he never returned with the screens
I had [redacted] sunscreens come out for a free estimate . He measured the windows & we agreed to have him do them. I gave him a $200 cash deposit & the remaining balance of $200 was to be paid when the screens were installed. He said it would be 8 to 10 days before the screens would be up here from Sacramento area. Its been over 3 weeks & now will not return my phone callDesired Settlement: I would like to get my $200 deposit back

I did reply to Mr. [redacted] by email as his last two communications were to us by email. I will call him today and discuss the situation and reach an agreement to satisfy his request. We do have the screen material and can have the screens up shortly. Some of the materials for the screens were on back order.
This situation should be resolved quickly.
