On November 24, 2017 my colleague via email received invitation from Hayes Training Solutions (hereinafter - "Hayes") to attend a two day (December 6 - 7, 2017, December 13 - 14, 2017 and December 19 - 20, 2017) training course "Certified AML & CFT Regulatory Compliance, Surveillance and Reporting Specialist: Lithuania". She forwarded it to me. I wrote back to Hayes ('[email protected]'; '[email protected]'), informing them I was interested to attend the training on 13 and 20 of December. On 1 December 2017 Hayes sent an invoice for the training in the amount of USD 1330 (to be paid to MATCHETT HAYES GLOBAL EVENTS, Account Number: ***, Bank Name: BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, SWIFT Code: ***), which my company has settled. Due to some problems with beneficiary company name, specified in the payment order, Hayes has not received our payment until scheduled start date (13 December), so agreed to register me for the next batch 19-20 December 2017. Then they informed me that they have not received it on 18th December either, so registered me for the next batch January 10 - 11, 2018. Then on 8 January they informed me that due to request of other participants training was rescheduled to 30-31 January. On 29th January I wrote them asking for training location and time, received no response until March and then on 2 March 2018 I was notified that training was rescheduled to April 11 - 12, 2018. Again, I was not given of location details. And then I was informed that I missed the training.. then they scheduled me for next batch on 26-27 July 2018. On 9 July 2018 I wrote Hayes an email, asking to provide location and time of the training or to return the money, after which they have disappeared and not reacted to any of my emails. When I tried to reach them again on 18 September 2018, received notification, that email delivery has failed. It also appears that their website stopped working (http://hayestrainingsolutions.com/). So Hayes just took the money for the service they never provided (and it appears did not have an intention to provide)
