Review: I brought in a queen size silk comforter to be refreshed. Brand Luxe Versailles Black Silk Label..."Jaipur". This comforter sat on a guest bed for about 3 months then I moved to VA from CO so it has been in a box for a year. (It has never been used other than for decoration) I felt before I place it on a bed it should be freshened up. It was very soft and had the usual markings of silk fabric. What I received back was a rough feeling, wrinkled comforter that looked as if a cat's claws had been all over it. The seams were ripped loose, any weak spot in the fabric was torn open to reveal the batting underneath. The lady who gave it to me accused me of having a dog, of pulling it up around my neck at night, ...basically anything to justify the misuse and abuse that this comforter appeared to have suffered. She told me to come back and speak to manager in the morning at 10am with no regard for my schedule or my property.

I went back yesterday to speak with [redacted]. I showed him the comforter and asked what was his solution to solve this problem. I asked why didn't he advise that he could not safely clean this or that he did not know how and I would have taken somewhere else. I told him I would like it replaced with a new one as I had also purchased all accessories i.e. decorative pillows, european shams, skirt, extra pillow shams -- set was approx $500 at [redacted]. He was quite vocal and said he did nothing and was not going to replace . Then he and lady yelled continually at me. I suggested Revdex.com and he said fine- - go ahead - - I don't care. You don't come back here ever!!

He offered no solution to his mistake and practically threw my comforter at me. My comforter is ruined/destroyed and unusuable -- sad that I have the rest of the set that I cannot use.Desired Settlement: I would like my comforter replaced -- same condition in which it was brought in
