Dear **.(or **.) [redacted] of the Revdex.com,I received your letter of your member’s complaint for my store on March 29th, 2014 by mail. Let me figure out that this is the situation between **. [redacted] and my store:**.[redacted] visited my store to drop her clothes off on March...

14th, 2014. She has visited Haymarket Cleaners four times: April 2nd, 9th, 14th, and 21st of 2012. She picked her clothes up on March 15th, 2014, and she claimed that one of her son’s laundry shirt was damaged in my store. As soon as I checked, the shirt was sharply cot around button holes and it looked like it was torn up by knife. I kindly explained how pressing works in our cleaners but she was careless. I can assure you that my employees, or even machines, did not make that kind of damage on the shirt, cuff press machine only lifts up and down to press the shirt, making it impossible to make any cuts around that damaged area. This is my first time getting this kind of absurd complaint and I have worked and operated 15 years in dry cleaners. However, I suggested **. [redacted] to repair the damaged shirt, but she insisted us to purchase new one instead of shirt repair. Her reason was that the damaged shirt was purchased on February 2014, so I needed to confirm if her son already knew that his shirt was defected and wanted to have discussion with him and **. [redacted] concerning the legitimacy of her claim. At this point, she then proceeded to take pictures of my store, inside and out and started to attack my store to the customers that were entering the store. Moreover, as she stated it in her mail to you, she claimed that the shirt was from [redacted], but when I checked brand label, it was [redacted] is not related at all with [redacted] and their logos seem very similar but completely different when you look at it Her statement of“Accused me of applying [redacted] label on the shirt myself. When I pointed out the embroidered logo on the pocket” is completely biased and false, as I researched and knew that those two companies have two completely different logos, labels, and different price.Her statements of “professional” mainner that she expressed in her email were completely opposite from what actually happened. Lastly, I informed **. [redacted] if I will send the damaged shirt to Fabric Test Institute, so it will be clear where the damage came from, how old age of shirt, and I did not get an answer from her.When it comes to my business, I try my best to resolve this kind of issue and I can assure you that I gave many options to give satisfaction to one of your member. Every customer is important to my business, and as many of our customers know, we try to take full responsibility when we make any mistake. Even though we gave her many different options to work this case out together, we can deposit amout as store credit, she has been resistant in doing the same with us, giving us an ultimatum that it’s either we can pay appropriated compensated price according to negotiation. If there is different opinion to negotiate, we can pay money based on fabric test result to damaged shirt Because she officially will file a complaint against my store at your company, in conclusion, in order to solve this problem, we request that she will bring her damaged shin (same damaged shirt that she brought on march 18th, 2014 that was recorded in our CCTV), and t am going to send that shirt out to Fabric Test Institute. When we get our result bade and it proves that the damage was from our dry cleaners, I will pay amount in accordance with test result not just refund $90 ( She insists which is one regular shirt price in [redacted].) but appropriated price back to her in accordance with test result.This complaint left out many details to the truth of the problem and has come off to us in absurdity and shock. Her actions which created a great disturbance during our business hours, not only was rude to me but also my customers when she discredited my effort in trying to resolve the issue in an orderly fashion when she did not want to negotiate what so ever. Therefore, I politely ask to delete this complaint from your website as I explained what happened.Sincerely,Haymarket Cleaners
