MrHayner, I called your office starting in October last year in regards to the popping noiseI DID make numerous calls to your office and your employee did finally come out in JanuaryHe did in fact changed the filters in hopes that this would resolve this issueBut it did notWhen you called me in January about the lack of payment on the labor, I told you this and you told me that you would send someone out to resolve the issueNO ONE HAS CALLED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENTAnd making the call in October was WITHIN A YEAR from my move in date; therefore, it was CLEARLY within the year warranty you have now stated I only haveAnd feel free to cash the check as I it paid for the filters that were provided.My point in the other numerous problems I have experienced has led up to THIS complaintREGARDLESS IF MY HOME IS A HABITAT HOME, you and your company were PAID to do the job hired to do and I would have hoped that a reliable business would do everything possible to ensure that the work done is 100% satisfactory to the home owner - meAnd I take your comment personally and as an insult and very unprofessional.My furnace continues to pop loudly before and after, regardless if it's the heat or the a/c as I told you on the phone in January, and I have waited patiently; however when it reached a month impasse, I was done trying to contact your company to get the problem resolved and felt that contacting an outside party was my only option

Thank you for stating as such. However, the bulk of my complaint was that I made numerous calls starting in October of 2015 and a contractor (John) finally came to my house in January of 2016, after my one year labor warranty was up in December of 2015... and therefore, got charged for the labor service.I want to ensure that I'm not going to get charged labor or material costs. And would appreciate the scheduler to contact me as I would rather not have a repeat.Personally, I would like to see this ending in a positive, professional manner as my intention was never to have to contact Revdex.com; but as a customer, I felt no other choice. Thought that should be stated.

As to the allegation that the A/C unit was not wired correctly.  The electrician installed the breaker in the off position.  My employee corrected to the on position.As to the allegation that the water spigot was not turned on.  We were never informed there was a problem with the...

spigot.As to the allegation regarding the occupancy permit.  This was not due to anything done or not done by our company.  The General Contractor and gas company were responsible for this.  The General Contractor paid for her hotel stay for the week.AS to the allegation regarding the furnace problem:  She has not numerous calls to us about her furnace.  I sent my employee to check on the noise she reported.  Our employee found that the filter was completely clogged.  He changed the filter and said the noise stopped.  By this time the furnace was one year old.  Filters are not covered under any warranties.  I did send her an invoice for replacing the filter.  She sent money for filter on.  ( I still have her uncashed check.As to the allegation regarding the filter system installed upside down.  This unit was built for an upflow OR downflow furnace.  It was installed properly.This house is a Habitat for Humanity house.  I feel Mrs. [redacted] is overly demanding on the complaints she has filed.  She has no real basis for all her accusations.  If there still a noise in the furnace I ill be glad to try to resolve this issue.

We will be glad to come and check out the popping noise.  If she will call, we will make it at her earliest convenience.
